Whatever! Candice, you did awesome! Just a hint with ths style of workouts... They never get easy, the faster you go, the shorter the workouts get, the more they suck. The fitter I get the harder they get so you can't let yourself get discouraged. It just means you are getting better at pushing yourself. I've done this workout a few times on my self and it crushes me everytime! So don't worry, I really do know what it feels like to struggle through a workout, and honestly, I've had very frustrating workouts just like you did. So anyway, just keep working! You will see results quick if you push yourself hard enough!
