OMG Steven... I'm so sorry!!! I hope you got my message from the front desk. I was stranded in Dallas with my girl scout troop. We just got back home about an hour ago.
I'm game to workout or learn from a lecture. So that will be up to you guys. Anyway I will come dressed to work out and if you decide to do lecture I will take a class at the gym after or lecture.
